Event Description

In Kidokinetics classes, children learn about the human body (anatomy & physiology/nutrition), bond with their peers and coaches, and have fun learning a new sport each week in a non-competitive, safe, and encouraging environment. This incredible introduction to new sports and physical exercise sets the tone for a lifetime of enjoying health and fitness.

Bring water and have the children wear comfortable clothing and shoes! Meet in the Red Gym!
